My Veggie Glycerin Spray Recipe
(I use this twice a day making sure to get this on my scalp)
2-4 oz. Veggie Glycerin ($8.50/16 oz)
3-4 oz. Aloe Vera Gel ($6.2 /32 oz.)
8 oz. Distilled Water
2 heaping tablespoons MSM powder ($9.78/8oz)
20 drops Peppermint Essential Oil ($4.50/1oz.)
20 drops Rosemary Essential Oil ($5.50/1oz)
10 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil ($5.50/1oz) optional, I like the smell
Scalp Oil
(I mix this in an eyedropper bottle and apply
one eyedropper full to my scalp once to twice a week)
Equal parts Emu Oil(16.99/4oz vitaminworld.com)
Hemp Oil ($15.00/8oz FromNatureWithLove.com)
Black Seed Oil ($12.00/4oz FromNatureWithLove.com)
Vitamin E oil ($5.00/2.5oz)
10-20 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
10-20 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
You can add your own carrier or essential oils but this is the basic formula that I use. Tea Tree oil would be a good one to add if you have scalp issues.
*All the ingredients I found at my local health food store unless I have the website noted.
My hair is growing like a Weed! However, individual results will vary. And please discontinue use if your scalp gets red or feels irritated.
Good Luck

Vitamin E:
Whenever buying Vitamin E, one should look for the source of where the oil came from. Soybean oil is a very good source because it contains d-alpha tocopherol, which is natural. Beware of vitamin E oils that contain dL-alpha, which are made from synthetics.
SPECIAL NOTE: Before you begin to do your Senegalese twist, you will need some type of gel. I would recommend a few to you, however, most products that I’ve seen out there have too much junk in them. It would be best if you made your own or used something that has very minimal ingredients in them. You may want to stay away fromĀ those that contain alcohol and fragrances. You’re trying to improve your hair, not destroy it.
